FAQs
What ages are the parties suitable for?
Our parties are designed for children aged 4–10, but we can personalise a party for 11+ and teens.
Do you provide a Venue?
We don’t provide a venue, but we can recommend local halls in and around Leatherhead. You’ll need to book the space for your party.
Can we choose a theme for the party?
Absolutely! We offer popular themes like Frozen, Moana, Encanto, Barbie, Trolls, Wicked, and more. You can also suggest your child’s favourite movie or show!
What is included in the packages?
Spotlight Package (1 hour): 45-min musical theatre workshop, 15-min party games, party favours for children, and gift for the celebrant.
Showstopper Package (2 hours): 45-min workshop, 15-min party games, 30-min food/cake time, 30-min optional dance/singing, optional mini showcase, party favours for children, and gift for the celebrant.
Do you provide food or cake?
No, we don’t provide catering. We recommend allowing 30 minutes outside of our session if you plan to include food and cake.
Can we adjust the schedule?
Yes! We’re happy to discuss adjustments to fit around your party plans, including cake, presents, or extra play time.
How many children can attend?
The base package covers up to 20 children. If you’d like to invite up to 30 children, an additional £60 applies.
Who leads the party?
Our parties are hosted by experienced LADA teachers, trained to run fun, engaging, and confidence-building activities for all children. Our party teachers have a DBS and training
Will the children perform?
Yes! Each child will participate in a musical theatre workshop. Showstopper Package parties can also include a mini showcase at the end.
How do we book a party?
Click “Book Your Party” on this page. Our bookings are made through Class For Kids, making it quick and easy to secure your preferred date.
How do I make a payment?
A £60 non refundable deposit is required upon making your booking via Classforkids.
The remaining balance will then be due one month before the party date and from this date is non refundable.
Amending your date can be requested if you are faced with unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note, if the venue is arranged by ourselves and we cannot get a refund then this cost will not be able to be carried over to a new date. If the cancellation is within the same week then we will also have to take a charge for the party teachers cost.
The balance will be invoiced via Classforkids. Payment can either be made via the system or via bank transfer. LADA bank details can be found on your invoice.
